Peterson Performance The Hidden Gem of Auto Mechanics For three years I drove the triangle Colorado/Florida/California with my "Check Engine" light on. Always an O2 Sensor code. For three years shops along the way could not resolve the issue. Reputable shops. Both upstream and downstream sensors were changed multiple times and many hours wasted on mechanics "diagnosing" the problem. Then two plus months ago my ongoing search for an actual diagnostics shop landed me at Peterson Performance. In little time Brad discovered a simple vacuum leak was tripping the O2 Sensor code. Had nothing to do with either sensor. A little bit of rubber vacuum hose and the "Check Engine" light has not been seen since -- also resolving the inordinate poor fuel economy so long sucking money out of my pocket. Like a brutal kick to my stomach Brad discovered a slew of other issues with my unique 2002 Buick Century -- detailing each one to me with the same attention he might give a Lamborghini and an owner with much money -- which he knew I didn't possess. Ultimately -- my treasured vehicle received the death sentence via Brad's diligent and comprehensive diagnostics. Other shops would have had me absolutely penniless by now -- trying this part and that fix -- and I'd have a dying Buick dying all the same. And I'm quite sure -- had I come upon Brad and Keleb and Peterson Performance five years ago -- my Buick -- The Magical Marvelous Monkey Mobile -- which has also been home to me and my canine kiddos during these five years -- would not be dying today. To live is to learn. Since experiencing their genuine and true expertise -- whenever it is I can purchase my replacement vehicle -- I will drive 1000 miles to them rather than take my "Road Yacht" to another shop. And that's the simple truth.

Took my 2016 GT350 here to get some issues fixed after having another shop put on a Whipple Supercharger and custom tune. Brad was knowledgeable and took focused time to dish my car, not just read the codes on my ECU, but research online/forums/common issues with my car and then suggest a solution. Car is driving amazing now like it should! I appreciated the consistent updates and communication throughout the process and the follow-up after I took my car home to ensure things were working correctly. 5/5 would recommend. Worth the drive down to Colorado Springs
